Since then, productions across the planet include The Stick Wife, Our Suburb, The Mud Angel, Dream House, Braille Garden, The Sirens, HeartLand, The Boxcar Children, Honor Song for Crazy Horse, Understudy Jesus, and the stage adaptation of Willa Cather’s O Pioneers!, filmed by American Playhouse. Cincinnati Playhouse toured her plays for children, Joan the Girl of Arc, and What’s Bugging Greg? She has written numerous movies of the week for CBS, Fox and NBC. An alum of New Dramatists, she co-directs Howl Playwrights in Rhinebeck, NY. She is a graduate of the Writers Workshop at the University of Iowa and Goddard College, where she taught for 17 years. She now teaches in the Mountainview MFA Program at Southern New Hampshire University.

Sam Helfrich (Director) is a theater and opera director based in New York. His recent production of the Péter Eötvös opera Angels in America at the Salzburg Landestheater was awarded the Austrian Music Theater Prize for Best Contemporary Opera Production. Other recent opera highlights include Legend of the Ring at West Edge Opera, The Flying Dutchman at Pittsburgh Opera, The Magic Flute in Morelia, Cosmic Cowboy in Boston, and numerous world premieres. Rick Lazes (Producer) is a multifaceted visual artist at the forefront of documentary film, musical performance production, and multimedia entertainment. In 2020, he produced and directed the feature-length documentary Lennox Lewis: The Untold Story, narrated by Dr. Dre. The film premiered at both the Toronto International Film Festival and the Tribeca Film Festival, and is currently streaming on Amazon Prime. Lazes’ latest film, Knock Out Blonde, was recently released in UK theaters to excellent reviews and is now available on Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Apple TV. The film features a dynamic soundtrack that includes music by Elton John, Sade, Adam Levine, Little Richard, and RuPaul. In addition to his work in film and music, Lazes is also an accomplished sculptor. His work spans a wide array of media and has been exhibited in art shows, galleries, and museums around the world. After a decade of development, Lazes is producing a new Off-Broadway play about legendary fashion designer Alexander McQueen titled House of McQueen. The production offers an intimate and multidimensional portrait of one of fashion’s most visionary figures. Set in a theatrical space designed to immerse audiences in McQueen’s provocative world, the production will serve as a living, breathing tribute to his genius and the intersection of fashion and performance. To ensure authenticity, Lazes has enlisted Alexander McQueen’s nephew, Gary McQueen, as the show’s Creative Director. Over ten years, Lazes has assembled an international team of artists to bring this multisensory experience to life. His goal: to inspire new audiences to explore their own creativity through the transformative power of storytelling. “I am a visual artist, whether it’s expressed through film, music, or sculpture,” Lazes says. “My passion is to tell stories that entertain and inspire audiences—to help viewers imagine and explore their own creativity.”

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Andrés Martín is a celebrated composer, producer, and virtuoso double bass soloist whose work resonates with audiences worldwide. His compositions are renowned for emotional depth and cultural richness, shaped by experiences across Argentina, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Uruguay, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, England, Germany, Italy, Spain, Denmark, and the United States. Martín has composed annually for soloists, chamber ensembles, and orchestras across the globe. His music has brought audiences and performers to tears with its profound emotional resonance. As principal bass of the Orquesta de Baja California from 2002 to 2023, he also founded and directed the Contrabajos de Baja California International Bass Festival (2003–2019). Currently, Martín is composer-in-residence for The Hutchins Consort and Camarada in California. His recent premieres include the Morgante Concerto with the San Bernardino Symphony and an anthem for the 2024 World Design Capital. His Double Bass Concerto No. 1 has been performed in over 30 countries, used in international competitions, and studied in academic research. Sophie Howell is a New York–based director and actor working across theatre and film. Theatre directing credits include The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) and Skywatchers. She has served as Associate Director on multiple productions at Swine Palace Regional Theatre under Director George Judy, including Rising Water and Taming of the Shrew. Off-Broadway: Cracked Open (Production Assistant). In film, Sophie has directed two award-winning short films and worked as Director’s Assistant to Michaël R. Roskam on Apple TV+’s Black Bird.
